For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Place a carrier oil** on your palm first, add 1-2 drops of essential oil, and proceed to rub into neck, back, areas that need therapeutic attention
Diffuse 1-3 drops in our Essential Oil Diffuser
Add 2-3 drops into a warm bath
Add a few drops to a spray bottle or oil burner
